Installing a "Tell Tale" on your Outboard
A "Tell Tale" on a boat motor is typically a port in the water channels in the motor. It is a small hose that allows water to spray out of the top of the engine.
This is a quick visual indicator that you are getting water pressure through your cooling system. Boats usually have a "tap" or a "plug" into the water channel that allows you to add a tube.
