another link for the Eastern Towhee provided by Rebecca. Thanks Sweetie!
The Eastern Towhee (Pipilo erythrophthalmus)
A beautiful little bird I've seen quite often kicking around in the leaves foraging for food. Check out the video in the Wildlife section. Link provided by All About Birds at the Cornell Lab of Ornithology.

Part I
It's true! Mama Wren made a nest in the garage, in my tool belt! She comes in through the roof fan to get to it. (or she takes a shortcut when I have the Garage door open)These are either House Wrens or Bewick's Wrens (no I didn't make up that name). It's more likely a House Wren. However, the mother's coloring and markings are more like the Bewick's.; but the Bewick's is not common to this area whereas the House is.So you be the judge, I'll put some links in the next installment.

Part III
That quickly they are all grown up and out of the nest.3 out of the 4 left in one day, the remaining chick waited a day which was lucky for us.Harlan and I had the fortune of watching the Mama coax her out of the garage and watch over her as she worked to get out into the woods.Excuse the shaky camera towards the end, I used the zoom lens so we could stay far away and let Mama do her magic.
